Loyalty Card Usage

Kukkdi LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”) may operate loyalty rewards schemes time to time. We reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any given time without notice and to our sole discretion. 

Rewards scheme may have an expiry date to it relevant to a particular loyalty card offered to the customer. 

Loyalty Scheme 1 (Kukkdi Loyalty Card)

This loyalty scheme will operate on the following guidelines: 

– Valid for IN STORE purchases only. Not valid for orders placed online via JustEat, UberEats and Deliveroo.

– Valid for collection if the order was placed via phone.

– Each card will have an expiry date e.g. two months from the date of the first stamp. Date to be written on the loyalty card by Kukkdi’s staff.

– Spend the minimum amount mentioned on the card to get a stamp for that particular visit.

– Only one stamp will be offered per day per customer

– Minimum spend mentioned on the card is also required on the day of claiming the reward. i.e. the reward can’t be claimed on it’s own unless the prescribed minimum spend amount is spent. 

– Stamp will not be offered in conjunction with any other ongoing offer / special offers / deal of the day etc.

– Loyalty card which is deemed tempered with, in any way, would be voided and any stamps accrued so far won’t be transferred to another card. 

– Once the expiry date is past, the card will be voided. Any accrued stamps earned so far are not transferrable to another card or redeemable after the expiry date.

Deal of the day

This scheme will follow the following guidelines: 

– Valid for IN STORE purchases only. Not valid for orders placed online via JustEat, UberEats and Deliveroo.

– Valid for collection if the order was placed via phone.

– Show the deal of the day page on your phone to the member of the staff at the counter to avail this deal (even for collection / phone orders). 

– You can find this page by scanning the QR code available in the vicinity or if you landed on this page via an ad or a call to action on any of the social media networks or third party websites.

– The deal of the day will not be offered in conjunction with any other ongoing offer / special offers / loyalty cards etc.

– Availing this deal, as mentioned above, will not afford / result in a stamp on the loyalty card even if the value of the deal is above the minimum required for the stamp.

– One customer can avail only one ‘deal of the day’ on any given day.
